The Peabody Hotel block is closed – Book alternate hotel through April 4 or 7 depending on hotel selected.

The Peabody Hotel is full and the ITA block ended March 24.

ITA has secured three alternate hotels that are close to the Peabody Hotel – use the Reservation LINKS below for any of the 3 hotels listed below. If you are not in the Peabody, you can email Patti Hanewall to be added to the Waiting List for the Peabody Hotel with your desired check in/out dates. We will assign any rooms that come available to this waiting list.

RATE:

  • Rates Available Friday, April 25 – Wednesday, April 30, 2025 – $255 per night
  • Room Rate shown do not include Hotel Occupancy Tax 8.5%, State Sales Tax 9.75% and City Tourism Tax 5% + a flat $2.00 TDI fee per night (Tourism District Improvement) and Hotel Service Fee*
  • Rate available 3 days pre and post based on availability
  • Note – Parking is reduced for ITA Attendees to $12 + tax for Self Parking
*HOTEL SERVICE FEE REDUCED TO $10.95 PER NIGHT FOR ITA ( NOT TAXED) AND INCLUDES:

Uber and Lyft are currently operating at Memphis International Airport. At the terminal, Pickup Areas are located outside each of the A, B and C ticketing lobby exits on the outer commercial drive. Follow “Uber/Lyft” signage to the designated area for pickups.

For rental car customers, there is a pick-up and drop-off area on the 3rd floor of the economy parking garage.
